Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for any domestic (US) order via a shipping method of our choice.

Since 3D Printed Products are made to order, orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days to print before shipping. We typically do not provide order status updates within the 1-5 day period it takes to print / manufacture your order.

We currently use USPS and UPS as our shipping providers. Unless if an express / expedited UPS or USPS option is purchased at checkout, we will choose the most effective shipping method for your order, which may possibly differ from the shipping method selected at checkout.

All orders are shipped using methods that include tracking. The tracking number will be available once the order has been shipped. We will send an email to the email address you have provided upon ordering with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International orders will incur a shipping cost that may or may not incur additional customs / fees upon delivery. Any additional customs charge(s) are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If an international order is returned to us due to but not limited to: Incorrect address, Customer Rejection, etc; we hold the right to withhold shipping charge(s), as well as any applicable restocking fee(s).
